About your appointment To schedule your appointment, call (405) 514-3246. All appointments are scheduled at your convenience. However, we do recommend that for children, their "time clock" be considered and the evaluation be conducted when they are alert and energetic. Prior to the evaluation we ask that a case history and patient information form be completed. This helps make efficient use of the evaluation time.
